This lovely apartment is 2 minutes walk from the lovely beach front of Guardamar, and ideally located on
the edge of Guardamar Town. Facilities include two double bedrooms one with double bed and ensuite bathroom, and the
other with two single beds and further separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer,
washing machine. The lounge & dining area has English satellite TV. The balcony is equipped with patio
furniture and has a sea view to the side. There is also access to a roof terrace perfect for sunbathing, or merely admiring
the magnificent view over the coast and town.
