MANAGEMENT PACKAGES
Premier Package
Priced at 250 Euros per annum, this package includes regular weekly security visits to your property to ensure water,
electricity and all appliances are all in working order. The property will be aired, and post collected. A regular report
back to yourselves is provided if you wish. Changeover cleans, priced from 45 Euros are carried out prior
to each let if required, providing fresh bedding and towels. The cost of the cleaning may either be paid for
on arrival by your guests, or by whatever arrangement you prefer. We hold keys to your property and make them available
to your guests upon their arrival. We provide an Airport service from 40 Euros for you and your guests if required, or we
can arrange car hire with our Agent. Pool cleaning, gardening and any other related services can be arranged at extra cost.

Pay as You Go
With regular security visits to your property priced at 5 Euros per visit. We can call as often or as little
as you wish, when a check will be made to ensure water, electricity and all appliances are all in working order. If
we discover a problem, repairs and/or maintenance is charged at an hourly rate of 10 Euros per hour labour (plus purchase
of any equipment or parts required). An Airport collection service if available for you and your guests from 40 Euros.
Keyholding, meeting and greeting your guests on arrival. Changeover cleans from 45 Euros including laundering of bedding and
