These lovely three bedroom Villas are on a complex with swimming pool and are located just outside of the typical Spanish
town of Guardamar, at Dona Pepa, Costa Blanca. There are many local restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes within 5 minutes walk.
The village of Quesada is 20 minutes walk where you can find many more restaurants and bars, shops etc. The blue flag, sandy
beach and town of Guardamar with local restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets and street markets, are 5 minutes by
road. The Villas can sleep 4 to 6 people comfortably with bedding and linen supplied. The kitchens are ideally equipped, most
with microwave, grill oven, hob, washing machine, fridge, etc. There is satellite television in some, but not all of the Villas
- Please ask for confirmation. This property is 40 minutes from the Airports of Alicante and Murcia. We can offer a collection
and return service for those who do not wish to hire a car.
